During this interactive event, Prof. Chaudhuri will present Mack Institute’s research findings to discuss how organizations can reprioritize and find opportunities to innovate in periods of turmoil. Beyond survival, firms need to invest actively in innovation-related activities to lead the rest. The goal of the event is to create an opportunity for alumni to learn how to best approach innovation strategies during times of crisis, as well as to learn how firms are employing tactics for resilience and success.

Prof. Chaudhuri will draw upon his rich background of investigating challenges, effective management practices, and understanding operational drivers of performance in innovation-targeted transactions among leading telecommunications, software, and other high-technology companies.
