Mr. Occi joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 and has held a variety of roles across Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking, with a focus on
covering financial services clients. Most recently, Mr. Occi was Head of Financial Institutions Equity Capital Markets. He has executed hundreds
of equity, debt and M&A transactions. Within the BDC sector, specifically, Mr. Occi has led the structuring and execution for many key IPOs;
additionally, he has led dozens of opportunistic debt and equity offerings as well. Mr. Occi holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and
accounting from Georgetown University.
