Please join the HBS Club of Houston Career Coaching SIG on Tuesday, September 29th from 5:00 - 6:00 PM as we welcome Bruce Peterson, Senior Client Partner in the Houston office of Korn Ferry International. For the fourth consecutive year, Korn Ferry  has been recognized in Forbes Magazine as America’s best executive recruiting firm. 

In this facilitated Q&A session, Bruce will give us his insights on the status of the energy industry globally and in Houston.  He will de-mystify the executive recruiting process generally, and field our most pressing questions  – whether we are currently in transition or interested in understanding the executive recruiting process to support our career management.

Bruce Peterson
Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry

Bruce Peterson leads Korn Ferry’s efforts in energy (upstream, midstream, downstream, oilfield services and private equity) as well as electric and natural gas utilities within Korn Ferry’s Natural Resources sector.   Mr. Peterson has over two decades of experience in executive search and corporate roles within the energy industry. He conducts a wide variety of senior level assignments, including board of director and C-suite level searches for leading global energy corporations, both public and private.  

Mr. Peterson's corporate experience includes management positions with Hadson Gas Systems, TXO Production Corporation, Bright & Company and Clayton W. Williams, Jr. (now Clayton Williams Energy, Inc.). He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Kansas State University.
