Constant Contact Acquires Nutshell Mail

Constant Contact announced recently that it had acquired Nutshell Mail.  Nutshell Mail makes social networking simpler, by staying connected with everything your customers are saying about you—at a single glance.  Email, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, LinkedIn and more— can be viewed from your inbox.

Nutshell Mail was founded by Penn/Wharton grads, presented at a Wharton Club of Houston Deal Flow Lunch, funded by Houston Angel Network (led by Wharton grad Andrew Clark), and assisted by Wharton grad and WCH Board Member Paul Pryzant as counsel for the investors.  Which proves that Wharton really does mean business!
