With over forty years of commercial real estate experience, Ed Wulfe is considered Houston’s Real Estate “Guru”. His influence is seen throughout the city on projects of all types and sizes, and he has extensive personal relationship throughout the industry. As Founder, President, and Managing Principal of Wulfe & Co., he guides the firm’s operations and provides expertise in all aspects of the business.

Ed served as chairman of the Urban Land Institute’s Houston District Council, and is a member of the Steering Committee of Houston's Quality of Life Coalition. He also is chairman of the Main Street Coalition and leads the redevelopment of Houston's Main Street Corridor into a “Signature Boulevard” with the characteristics of some of the worlds most renowned avenues. He currently serves on the boards of the Houston Museum of Natural Science, The Holocaust Museum, The East End Management District, S.E.A.R.C.H, and the Houston Forum.

He has served in a leadership role or on the boards of many of Houston’s civic and charitable organizations. Ed is a Certified Shopping Center Manager and was a Vice President and Board Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Ed and Bob Sellingsloh together contributed to the innovative redevelopment of Gulfgate Shopping Center which generated two 2003 Landmark Awards as the “Best Commercial Real Estate Rehabilitation/Renovation Project” and the “Best Impact on the Community Project”, and was a finalist in the Landmark Award for “Real Estate Deal that Made a Difference in Houston.” His renovation of Meyerland Plaza Shopping Center earned two Legacy Awards for “Deals That Made a Difference”.
