Gordon E. Goodman is the trading control officer (TCO) for Occidental Petroleum Corporation and serves as its chief risk officer for energy commodities. As Occidental's TCO, he is responsible for managing the corporation's credit risk, market risk, price risk and trading risk. He is also a past chairman of the American Petroleum Institute's risk control committee.
