As reported in the March 20 Houston Business Journal, Institutional Investor magazine named the top three CFOs in 56 sectors in its March 2008 issue. The results are based on the responses of some 675 investment professionals at 350 money management firms.

Chris Gault, of Halliburton, was second in the oil services and equipment category, as was Janet Clark, of Marathon, in the integrated oil category.

Both Gault and Clark were two of seven Houston-area CFOs who received this honor.
